The Transport Ministry is clamping down on motorists who use their phones while driving.

The Transport Ministry is clamping down on motorists who use their phones while driving, by deploying more enforcement personnel and 2 types of cameras - static and mobile.

Road users caught on their phones will be fined 300 ringgit.

Using Waze is allowed though, but the phone must be mounted on a phone holder.
