SPR: there are only about 200,000 postal voters in Malaysia

The Election Commission says only about 8,000 of them are made up of Malaysians living abroad. 

On Saturday, it assured there is enough time for postal votes to get to voters and return again in time for polling day on Wednesday. 

However, there have been social media complaints of postal voters not receiving their postal votes yet, while Bersih claims it has received hundreds of complaints on the matter.
