Govt eyes passenger limits on private vehicles.

The govt may soon limit the number of passengers allowed in private vehicles.

The Transport Ministry says it will order the JPJ to review the enforcement of private vehicle load limits.

It's to ensure the number of victims in accidents is controlled.

This follows the deaths of 8 people in Jempol, Negeri Sembilan on Sunday.

6 of them were members of a family trapped inside a car, which burst into flames after a trailer crashed into it.
