No Malaysians affected in Taiwan earthquake

Wisma Putra has confirmed that no Malaysians were affected in the earthquake that struck Taiwan.

At least 4 people have died and about 200 others were injured in the 6.4-magnitude earthquake.

Some 150 people are still reported missing, after buildings collapsed and trapped people inside.

A tourist guide there told us rescue operations only started this morning, and the situation there is very chaotic.
