No reports of Malaysians affected by Egypt church bombings

Wisma Putra says there've been no reports of Malaysians affected by yesterday's church bombings in Egypt. 

This, as the Defense Ministry said its keeping a close watch on developments, to help ensure the safety of Malaysian nationals there.

The Ministry adds that Armed Forces are also on standby to transport our citizens back, if necessary. 

The Prime Minister has since condemned the church bombings, branding the attacks cowardly.
