JPJ rubbish "yellow light" rumours

The JPJ has rubbished social media rumours, that drivers who beat yellow traffic lights will be hit with demerit points. 

The Department clarified, that demerit points will only be given to those who beat red lights or exceed the speed limit. 

Its also denied claims that some 400 AES cameras will be installed nationwide, saying currently there are only 14 of these cameras, with the number to increase gradually from time to time.
