The Health Ministry says stern action will be taken against the guilty parties, after the body of a Muslim convert was wrongly released by the Kajang Hospital for cremation.
It says such an incident should not have occured, as there are strict SOPs in place to prevent such a mistake.
The Selangor Health Department and the hospital are now conducting an investigation into the incident.
