36 people detained over death of Navy officer cadet

36 people have been detained, after a Navy officer cadet from the National Defense University died of suspected abuse. 

Police say the 21-year-old was discovered with bruises and burn marks on his body. 

The Defense Minister says he's also directed the Armed Forces to conduct an immediate investigation.
