Two charged with murder over Keramat tahfiz school fire

Two suspects in the Keramat tahfiz school fire, both aged 16, have been charged with 23 counts of murder.

They are accused of starting the fire, that claimed 23 lives earlier this month.

The proceedings took place behind closed doors at a magistrates court in KL, as the accused are minors.

However, no plea was recorded from the boys, because murder cases come under the jurisdiction of the High Court.
