Flood situation improves in Perlis

The flood situation in Perlis has improved, after three relief centres were closed today.
There are only 850 people now seeking shelter, in Kangar and Arau.
Meanwhile, Kedah saw a decline in the number of evacuees to 1,200 from over 2,000 earlier this morning.
