Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad testified before RCI

Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad has testified before the Royal Commission of Inquiry into Bank Negara's forex losses in the 90s.

The former Prime Minister said he was not informed about the central bank's detailed forex transactions, as it had no legal obligation to report to him.

Tun Mahathir added that he also didn't have any right to interfere in Bank Negara's exclusive matters.
