Strawberries could help prevent Alzheimer's

New research suggests that a compound found in strawberries could help to prevent Alzheimer's.
The compound, which is also found in other fruits and vegetables including apples, grapes and onions, is believed to have anti-oxidant properties, which can help limit cell damage caused by free radicals.
Its also been found to reduce cognitive decline and brain inflamation.
