Ban on foreign cooks, just a suggestion

The Human Resource Ministry says the call for restaurants to only hire local cooks was just a suggestion, and not government policy.
It stressed, it will engage will all stakeholders before taking the next course of action.
The proposal was criticised by several people, including celebrity chef, Chef Wan.
