MOH to further address use of smoking devices
The government is working on a new law to govern the use of vape, e-cigarettes and Shisha.
The Health Ministry admits that the current law is not enough to deal with the issue, and is hoping that the new regulation will be more comprehensive.
It adds that it has also already set up a special committee to specifically overcome the rising use of vape and e-cigarette use among school students.
On a separate matter, the Ministry is once again urging people to do their part to stop the spread of dengue.
It says there's been a 90 percent rise in dengue cases in the first seven months of this year alone, with the number of fatalities also going up.

There's been a proposal to set up a special tribunal to facilitate investigations into cases of sexual harrasment.
The All Women's Action Society or AWAM says this idea will allow victims to go straight to the tribunal, without having to lodge a police report.
It told The Star the tribunal should preferably be within the Women, Family and Community Development Ministry, and be chaired by experts who are well versed in issues related to sexual harrasment.
