Tun M wants neutral body to probe MH17 case

The Prime Minister has called for a neutral body to be set up to investigate the MH17 tragedy.
Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said he cannot accept some of the findings from the Dutch-led investigation, which pointed the finger at several Ukrainians and Russians.
While on a working visit to Russia, Tun M said the investigation team's views may not be fair and neutral.
MH17 was shot down over Ukraine in 2014.
All 298 people onboard were killed.

MOF calls for sagacious use of social aid
The Finance Minister wants all Ministries to fix the problem of overlapping distribution of aid, to make the process more effective.
The government allocated RM107 bil in social expenditure under Budget 2019.
Lim Guan Eng wants the distribution issue reduced, ahead of Budget 2020 being announced next month.

MOE calls to improve uni facilities for disabled
All public universtities must be completely disabled-friendly within 10 years.
The Education Minister says he does not want there to be any more cases of eligible students being turned away, because the uni does not have facilities for the disabled.
