This, after Singapore confirmed that a girl from China has been warded there with symptons of pnemonia after travelling to Wuhan.
More women riders, please...
The Women, Family and Community Development Ministry fully supports the participation of more women riders with motorcycle taxi services.
Deputy Minister Hannah Yeoh says this is in keeping with the needs of the job sector which requires more women in various roles.
However, she emphasised that the relevant authorities must do whatever necessary to ensure the safety of women riders while on the job.
Nora Anne's family file civil suit
The family of Nora Anne Quoirin have taken legal action against the owners of a resort in Negeri Sembilan for negligence in the Irish teenager's death.
Nora Anne went missing from the resort where she was vacationing with her family in August last year...and her body was found in a nearby jungle 10 days later.

The family claim the resort owners had failed to keep the premises safe by not installing CCTVs...and failing to secure the main latch of the room window.
