KuNan conundrum

The MACC will be investigating Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor.
This, after the former Federal Territories Minister revealed that he has nearly RM1 bil in assets.
The revelation was made during Tengku Adnan's ongoing corruption trial.
MACC Chief Commissioner Latheefa Koya says this is a serious matter, with the commission to investigate how KuNan obtained these assets.
Separately, Latheefa is refusing to comment on intense speculation, that she had tendered her resignation in the wake of the change in goverment.

No reshuffle in police force
The IGP says no major reshuffle is expected within the police force, now that we have a new government in power.
Tan Sri Abdul Hamid Bador says he sees no need for change...unless its to replace senior officers who are retiring.

Parliament sitting postponement explained
The Prime Minister's Department has explained the much-talked about decision to delay the next sitting of Parliament by two months.
It says the postponement is to give reasonable time for the new Cabinet ministers to understand their duties, and for them to prepare for debates and question and answer sessions in the Dewan Rakyat.
The next sitting of Parliament, which will also be the first under the new government, takes place on May 18th.
