The Green Wira Programme (GWP) from Zero Waste Malaysia is a free sustainability education programme for primary and secondary school teachers nationwide. We empower local teachers to build Zero Waste Schools through a combination of online modules, webinars, physical workshops, and on-site project support at school. Upskill, network, and stand a chance to receive seed funding for your school project. The GWP is endorsed by the Ministry of Education. Applications for Cohort 2 are open now until 31st March 2025. Since 2017, the Penang Paragon Lions Club has teamed up with the Penang General Hospital Blood Bank to bring you a health extravaganza like no other! Join us on 9th March 2025 (Sunday),, from 10am to 4pm at 1st Avenue Penang, Level 2.
This carnival is all about giving back and taking charge of your health. Come and participate in a range of activities designed to keep you in top shape! From blood donation to TCM acupuncture, hearing tests to blood sugar level checks, blood pressure assessments, and even organ pledges – we've got it all covered.
But that's not all! We’ve also specially invited the Employees Provident Fund (KWSP) and Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad (ASNB) to join us, allowing the public to check their account status and make inquiries.
