The race for Champions League places is heating up, with Nottingham Forest keeping their hopes alive with a 1-1 EPL draw against Crystal Palace this morning.

It leaves Forest in sixth place, two points behind Newcastle and Chelsea in fourth and fifth.

Forest have three games remaining, including a tie against Chelsea on the final day of the season, with only the top five qualifying for the Champions League.

Barcelona’s quest for a treble has received a massive boost, with news that Robert Lewandowski will be available for the second leg of their Champions League tie against Inter.

The striker has netted 40 goals in all competitions for the La Liga leaders and Copa Del Rey winners this season, but has been sidelined for the past four games with a hamstring injury.

The 36-year-old, however, is expected to start from the bench against Inter tomorrow, with the tie level at 3-all from the first leg.

-

Sources say Trent Alexander Arnold is set to sign a six-year contract with Real Madrid that will take effect from July.

It comes after the right-back announced that he will be leaving Liverpool at the end of the season, after 20 years with the Anfield club.

-

Elsewhere, Man City are reportedly prepared to fork out 55 million pounds to sign Tottenham midfielder James Maddison, who’s being eyed as a replacement for the outgoing Kevin De Bruyne.

-

And, multiple reports say the Alpine F1 team will replace the under-fire Jack Doohan with reserve driver Franco Colapinto, before the upcoming race in Italy next weekend.
