Lamine Yamal has officially signed a new contract with Barcelona that will keep him at the club until 2031.
He will reportedly earn up to 15 million euros a year, before bonuses.
Barca have also announced that the 18-year-old will inherit the club’s iconic number 10 shirt, previously worn by legends like Lionel Messi, Ronaldinho and Diego Maradona.
Yamal had a standout campaign for Barcelona last season, recording 18 goals and 25 assists en-route to winning the La Liga, Copa Del Rey and Spanish Super Cup titles.

Man United’s bid to sign Bryan Mbeumo has reportedly stalled, with Brentford now demanding 70 million pounds for the striker.
This is more than the 65 million that both clubs had reportedly agreed to earlier.
Sources say United are now refusing to move ahead…partly because they need to sell some players first before coming up with the additional funds.

Jude Bellingham is expected to miss Real Madrid’s pre-season campaign and at least six weeks of the new season…after undergoing surgery for a long-standing shoulder injury.

Former Haas driver Mick Schumacher is reportedly in talks to join the new Cadillac team for its Formula One debut next season.

And, Maverick Vinales and Franco Morbidelli have both been ruled out of this weekend’s Czech Republic MotoGP…after their respective crashes at the last grand prix in Germany.
