Chelsea On Course For European History

Chelsea are looking to make history, in tomorrow morning's UEFA Conference League match against Real Betis.  

A victory would make The Blues the first-ever team to win all Uefa's major club competitions, having previously won the Champions League, the Europa League and European Super Cup.  

It would also be their first trophy since they beat Man City in the 2021 Champions League final.

The man who drove into a crowd of Liverpool fans during the club's EPL title parade is being probed for attempted murder.  

He's also accused of driving under the influence of drugs. 

Cops said he intentionally avoided a roadblock that was set up for the parade.  

The suspect allegedly tailgated an ambulance that was allowed into the parade area over a separate medical issue.

Meanwhile, Liverpool have cancelled all their internal EPL title celebrations, in respect to the supporters who were injured in the victory parade tragedy.  

Reds boss Arne Slot also skipped last night's League Managers’ Award ceremony, despite him being named the Manager of the Year.
