Arteta says 'no' to Arsenal

Mikel Arteta reportedly rejected the Arsenal manager's job because of financial constraints.
According to UK media, the Man City assistant manager was close to agreeing a deal, but then changed his mind.
It's believed that Arteta wanted more control over transfers, while he was unhappy that he would only get 50 million pounds for transfers.
Former PSG boss Unai Emery is the new favourite for the job.
