Man United are set to resume talks to sign Sporting Lisbon's Bruno Fernandes, after the midfielder said he wants to move to Old Trafford.

United are reportedly offering £50 million for Fernandes, with another £15 million in performance-based add-on payments.

However, Lisbon want nearly £70 million .. all up front.

United are also on the hunt for a new striker, due to Marcus Rashford's long injury layoff.

Jurgen Klopp will not be celebrating

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp says he won't start celebrating, after his team took another huge step to claiming their first Premier League title.

Liverpool fans started singing about winning their first league title in 3 decades, after this morning's 2-0 win at Anfield put them 16 points clear at the top of the table.

Klopp says fans are entitled to do that...

He said, "Of course ther're allowed to do that; to dream, to sing whatever they want as long as they they do their job when we play. It's all fine. We won't be part of the party yet but it's no problem. We know our job."

Pep Guardiola says he will not step down as Man City manager, despite the EPL champions lying 16 points off the top of the table.

He insists he will still be in charge next season, unless City decide to sack him.

Guardiola has never stayed at any club for longer than four seasons, a milestone he is approaching with City this summer.
