Chelsea and Tottenham dominate Player of the Season shortlist

Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur each have 3 players nominated for the Premier League Player of the Season.
The reps for The Blues are N'Golo Kante, Eden Hazard and Cesar Azpilicueta, while Harry Kane, Dele Alli and Jan Vertonghen are those shortlisted for Spurs.
Arsenal's Alexis Sanchez and Everton's Romelu Lukaku round out the 8 nominees.
Meanwhile, Chelsea and Tottenham's managers Antonio Conte and Mauricio Pochettino have been nominated for Manager of the Year.
