Concern over Djokovic shoulder problem

There's said to be concern over Novak Djokovic having shoulder problems, following his progress to the Wimbledon quaterfinals.

This, after he had to receive treatment during the 4th round match that he won.

Djokovic says he can still manage to play, and he'll have to see as he progresses, as the shoulder problem has been dragging back and forth for some time.

The Serb will be facing Tomas Berdych in the quarters today.
