Diego Costa told to show more respect towards manager

Chelsea have told Diego Costa to show more respect towards manager Antonio Conte.
This after the real reason why the striker wanted to be subsituted in the win against Leicester last weekend was revealed.
Initially it was thought that Costa was fearing an injury or a booking, but latest reports say the Spaniard was annoyed by Conte's constant instructions from the touchline.
