Goh Jin Wei now a doubt for Tokyo 2020

The BAM may have to exclude women's singles shuttler Goh Jin Wei from the national squad, heading to the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

The 19-year-old has been having a serious stomach problem in recent weeks, and is already set to miss three major tournaments, including next month's Indonesia Open.

BAM coaching director Wong Choong Hann says this has affected her chances of attending the Games, but the association will continue to monitor her condition.

Chelsea clear to open talks with Frank Lampard

Chelsea have been given permission to speak to Derby boss Frank Lampard, about their vacant manager's job.

The Blues would have to pay the Championship side about 4 million pounds, if they appoint the former midfielder.

41-year-old Lampard, who spent 13 years at Stamford Bridge, would replace Maurizio Sarri, and also inherit a two-window transfer ban, if he takes over.

Breakdancing in Paris 2024?

Breakdancing is one step closer to being included in the 2024 Paris Olympics.

The International Olympic Committee has formally endorsed several requests to provisionally add it to the program, pending a final decision in December next year.

Breakdancing was part of the Youth Olympic Games programme last year, and will feature in the inaugural World Urban Games in Hungary this September.
