Multiple reports say the Frenchman is now bound for Barcelona.

Griezmann has been Atletico's top scorer in each of the last five seasons, helping them to the Europa League and Spanish Super Cup during his time there.

Pep picks up another honour

The League Managers Association has named Man City boss Pep Guardiola as the Premier League Manager of the Season...after guiding his side to back to back Premiership titles.

This is his second year in a row picking up the prize.

Guardiola came in ahead of Liverpool's Jurgen Klopp, Tottenham's Mauricio Pochettino, and Wolverhampton boss Nuno Espirito Santo.

PSG to raid Real Madrid?

PSG are reportedly set for a summer raid on Real Madrid - targetting as many as three players.

Sources say the French giants are interested in Gareth Bale, Toni Kroos and Isco - and are prepared to pay 180 million pounds in total for the trio.

This, amid reports that Real Madrid's planned move for Paul Pogba is being held up by the Man United player's wage demands.
