Juventus appoints Maurizio Sarri as new manager

Maurizio Sarri has officially left Chelsea, to become manager of Serie A champions Juventus on a three-year deal.

Sarri, who joined the Blues from Napoli in July 2018, led them to third in the Premier League and won the Europa League in his one season in charge.

It's understood that compensation in excess of 5 million pounds has been agreed between the two clubs for the 60-year-old Italian.

Meanwhile, Chelsea have confirmed that Sarri's assistant Gianfranco Zola has also left the club.

Khairul misses out on becoming Malaysia's first archery world champion

National archer Khairul Anuar Mohamad has picked up a silver medal at the World Archery Championships in the Netherlands, after losing to his American opponent in the men's individual recurve final.

Azizulhasni is up for Olympic gold glory

National track cyclist Azizulhasni Awang has made it his primary goal to win Malaysia's first Olympic gold medal, after badminton ace Datuk Lee Chong Wei announced his retirement last week.

Azizul says it's a huge responsibility for him and the team, and hopes the country will give them their full support.

Azizul is currently ranked No. 4 in the world keirin standings, and believes he stands a good chance in Tokyo next year.
