Khairul Hafiz Jantan smashes 49 year old 200M national record.

National sprint king, Khairul Hafiz Jantan has smashed Msia's oldest athletics record, at the Malaysian Open in Bukit Jalil.
His time of 20.90 seconds in the 200 metre sprint beat Tan Sri Dr. M Jegathesan's national record from 1968.
Meanwhile, Zaidatul Husniah Zulkifli won gold in the women's 200 metres.
