Lallana Likely Leaving Liverpool

Dec 31, 2019

Liverpool are resigned to losing Adam Lallana on a free transfer, when his contract expires at the end of the season.

According to reports, boss Jurgen Klopp is desperate for Lalana to sign a new one-year deal

However, the midfielder is looking to leave Anfield, in order to get more first-team football.

Lallana, who has had several injury problems in recent seasons, has only made nine league appearances during the current campaign.

Manchester United are now turning their attention to signing Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin, after missing out on RB Leipzig's Erling Haaland.

United are said to be long-term admirers of Calvert-Lewin, who netted a brace in the Toffee's 2-1 win over Newcastle at the weekend.

Calvert-Lewin is currently valued at 50 million pounds, 3 times what Haaland is worth.

Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud is open to rejoining his former club, Arsenal.

Giroud moved from Arsenal to Stamford Bridge in January last year, in order to get regular first-team football.

However, he has since been frozen out of the Blues's 1st team under current boss Frank Lampard.

Giroud wants to play regularly, to get into the France squad for Euro 2020.
