Maurizio Sarri bound for Juventus?
Jun 04, 2019
Chelsea have reportedly rejected boss Maurizio Sarri's offer to see out the remaining year of his current contract, paving the way for him to join Juventus.
The 60-year-old is expected to be announced as Juve's new head coach by the end of the week, after holding talks with the Serie A champions.
Sarri was initially willing to stay at Stamford Bridge for another season, but the Blues felt it was in their best interest to allow the Italian to leave, despite last week's Europa League success, and a third-placed finish in the Premier League.
Sarri is said to have been offered a three-year deal worth 19 million pounds to succeed Max Allegri in Turin.

Arsenal's Mesut Ozil is now up for grabs
Arsenal are reportedly ready to offload Mesut Ozil, after failing to impress last season under boss Unai Emery.
The midfielder is said to have been put up for sale, but The Gunners could struggle to find any takers because of the German's transfer fee and high wages.
This comes despite Ozil insisting last month that he's not looking to leave the Emirates.

Andy Murray to return in doubles at Queen's
Andy Murray is planning to make his return to competitive tennis, in the men's doubles at the Queen's Club Championships in London later this month.
The 32-year-old has not played since the Australian Open, and underwent a hip operation in January.
Murray says he's not yet ready to return to the singles court, but adds that Queen's is his next step as he tries to make his comeback to the ATP Tour.
