Our top Paralympians could skip the ASEAN Para Games

Three of Malaysia's biggest Para athletes could be giving the ASEAN Para Games a miss...with the event almost certain to be postponed to March.

Officials say Ridzuan Puzi, Abdul Latif Romly and Ziyad Zolkefli could opt out of the regional event...to keep them injury-free for the Tokyo Paralympics in August.
It comes after organisers of the ASEAN Para Games announced that the event will likely be postponed from January to March, due to financial issues.
Pocket Rocket Man cleared for World Championships
Azizulhasni Awang will be competing at the Cycling World Championships in Germany after all.
There were earlier concerns that he could be forced to skip the event in February, following his massive crash at the cycling World Cup in Australia last week.
The Malaysian National Cycling Federation, however, says the Pocket Rocket Man has been medically cleared to compete at the World Championships...which will help him boost his chances of qualifying for the sprint event at the Tokyo Olympics.
Nuno moans about holiday fixtures
Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo is the latest to criticise the scheduling of Premiership matches over the Christmas holidays.

He says its ridiculous that his side has to play defending champions Man City...and league leaders Liverpool...all in the span of 45 hours.
It comes after City boss Pep Guardiola also hit out at the busy schedule...saying players need more rest between matches.
