Syed Saddiq: State NSC directors should not be from political parties

State directors for the National Sports Council will no longer be appointed from any political parties.
Youth and Sports Minister, Syed Saddiq says such appointments could result in conflicts of interest.
He says instead, the posts should be held by former athletes or others who have experience in sports-related matters.
