Turan retires from international football

Turkey captain Arda Turan has announced his retirement from international football.
This comes just days before their World Cup qualifier against Kosovo.
According to reports, his decision was due to an altercation with a journalist, which got him kicked out of a training camp.
He had allegedly verbally and physically abused the journalist, while confronting him about a story he published.
Meanwhile, the journalist has threatened to take legal action against the 30-year-old Barcelona midfielder.
