Willian in talks to join Tottenham

Chelsea winger Willian has reportedly agreed to move to Tottenham when the transfer window reopens.

The Brazilian had earlier expressed his desire to remain at Stamford Bridge, but the club have yet to offer him a satisfactory contract extension.

If the deal goes through, it will reunite Willian with his former Blues boss Jose Mourinho, who’s now in charge at Spurs.

Reds to have a quiet summer?

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has hinted they likely won't be making major signings this summer.

He says he’s happy with the squad that he has, despite the club being linked with Jadon Sancho and Timo Werner.

Klopp went on to say that the likes of Sadio Mane and Mo Salah are still young enough to remain with the first team for a few more years.

Barca to be screened

Barcelona’s entire squad will undergo Covid-19 testing at the club’s training ground today, before being allowed to resume individual training.

It comes after La Liga teams were given permission to get back to work this week, with the Spanish league set to resume in June.

Sun to protest doping ban

Three-time Olympic champion swimmer Sun Yang has lodged an appeal against his eight-year ban for missing a doping test...in the hopes of being cleared in time for the Tokyo Games.

The Chinese athlete had been initially cleared by swimming’s governing body FINA, but that decision was overturned at the request of the World Anti Doping Agency.
