Honours Even Between West Ham and Brighton

West Ham missed out on a fourth consecutive Premier League win after they were held to a goalless draw by Brighton this morning.  

This means The Hammers will maintain their sixth place in the standings, six points adrift of the top four.  

Meanwhile, Brighton are just below them, three points behind.

Manchester United have reportedly identified Atalanta’s Giorgio Scalvini as a potential replacement for Raphael Varane. 

This, after the Red Devils opted not to trigger the 12-month extension in Varane's contract, which is set to expire in June.

Speaking of United, they're reportedly in talks with Borussia Dortmund over a potential six-month loan for outcast Jadon Sancho.

The Korean Football Association has named Bayern Munich's Kim Min Jae as the country's top male footballer for 2023, breaking a four-year winning streak by Tottenham captain Son Heung Min.

And Birmingham City have sacked head coach Wayne Rooney, after losing nine of their last 15 games since the former Derby County boss took charge.
