Man United are expected to officially announce Jim Ratcliffe’s purchase of a 25% stake in the club by next week.  

This comes just before the busy Christmas fixture period and next month’s transfer window.  

Separately, Former Wolves manager Julen Lopetegui has reportedly turned down an offer to coach Saudi side Al-Ittihad, because he's eying a return to the Premier League. 

This, amid rumours linking him with Man United.
