Arsenal Cruise Into UCL Semifinals

Arsenal have marched into the Champions League semis after a 2-1 win over Real Madrid in the second leg of their quarterfinal this morning.

The Gunners advance 5-1 on aggregate marking only their third appearance in the semifinal stage of the competition.

Meanwhile, Inter Milan snuck into the semis after their 2-2 draw with Bayern Munich this morning, gave them a 4-3 victory on aggregate.

Inter will next face Barcelona in the last four, while Arsenal are up against PSG.

Newcastle have moved up to third in the Premier League standings after a thumping 5-0 win over Crystal Palace in this morning’s only EPL tie.

The Magpies are now four points behind second-placed Arsenal and two points clear of Nottingham Forest in fourth.

Back home, JDT defeated Kuching City 2-0 in their final Super League game of the season to end their campaign unbeaten.

This is the third season in a row the Southern Tigers have finished without losing a single game.

And, the BAM has confirmed that Chen Tang Jie and Toh Ee Wei will be reuniting, less than a month after the mixed doubles pair were split up.
