Liverpool needed two injury-time goals from Darwin Nunez to beat hosts Brentford 2-0 in the Premier League.  

They are 6 points clear at the top of the table, with a game in hand.  

Meanwhile, second-placed Arsenal had a late goal disallowed, as they fell to a 2-all draw with Aston Villa.  

Elsewhere, Bournemouth crushed Newcastle 4-1 

Crystal Palace beat West Ham 2-0 

And Fulham had a 2-0 win over Leicester.

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta admits the Gunners are struggling to cope with their injury crisis.  

He says unlike current EPL leaders Liverpool, his side does NOT have quality replacements when key players are sidelined.

Goh Sze Fei-Nur Izzuddin are through to the final of the Indian badminton Open. 

The top Malayian men’s doubles pair advanced after beating their Indian opponents in the last-four. 

They will face a duo from South Korea in today’s finale.  

4 other Malaysian reps exited in the semis yesterday, namely Aaron Chia-Soh Wooi Yik, Pearly Tan-M. Thinaah, Chen Tang Jie-Toh Ee Wei, and Goh Soon Huat-Shevon Lai.
