FA assures Southgate's manager job is safe

The FA has backed Gareth Southgate and reassured that his manager job is safe despite England’s disappointing Nations League results recently.

England are winless and three points behind third-placed Italy in their group.

This means Southgate’s side are at risk of being relegated from the Nations League’s top tier with just two matches remaining.

Lukaku to return to Inter on loan

Inter have agreed to sign Romelu Lukaku on a season-long loan deal from Chelsea.

The striker’s loan fee is said to be around £7 million while Chelsea signed the player from Inter for some £98 million back in August.

The Belgium international scored 15 goals in all competitions for Chelsea last season.

PSG president rules out Zidane as new head coach

PSG’s president has ruled out the possibility of Zinedine Zidane managing the club next season.

He says the Paris club have never approached Zidane with an offer to become their new head coach, amid rumours PSG had an agreement in place for the former Real Madrid boss to take over.
