Speedy Tigers Fully Fit For Olympic Qualifiers

The national hockey team should have a fully-fit squad ahead of the Olympic qualifiers that begin in January.

Head coach Arul Selvaraj says seven players who were earlier suffering from injuries have already recovered.

The Speedy Tigers are in group A of the qualifying tournament, along with Britain, Pakistan and China.

Malaysian champions JDT have been ranked 11^th in Asia by FIFA for the 2025 Club World Cup Asian zone qualification.

The rankings are based on the Southern Tigers’ AFC Champions League performances from 2021.

Arsenal are reportedly eyeing a January move for Sao Paulo midfielder Pablo Maia.

The Brazilian is seen as a more affordable alternative to the Gunners’ other midfield targets - Joao Palhina of Fulham and Aston Villa’s Douglas Luiz.
