CWC: Mbappe Back In Traning With Real

Kylian Mbappe could make his first appearance at the Club World Cup tomorrow morning.  

The attacker was forced to miss Real Madrid's opening two matches in the competition, after being hospitalised due to gastroenteritis.  

However, Mbappe is now back in training ahead of tomorrow morning's crunch Group H clash against Salzburg.  

Currently, both clubs are level on 4 points each, with Real ahead on goal difference.

Meanwhile Man City's Rodri says he's happy to be back in the squad, after being out for the last 9 months due to his ACL injury.  

Rodri has made substitute appearances in their last two matches at the Club World Cup, and is expected to start from the bench again tomorrow morning when they take on Juventus.

Inter Milan and Mexico's Monterrey are the latest sides to reach the knockout round of the Club World Cup.  

Inter progressed with a 2-0 win over 10-man River Plate.  

The Champions League runners-up will face Fluminense in the last 16.  

Monterrey completed a 4-0 victory over Urawa Reds and will now take on Borussia Dortmund.
