Crystal Palace Ends Liverpool's Perfect Start

Crystal Palace have ended Liverpool's perfect start to the Premier League season, after beating the champions 2-1 at Selhurst Park.  

Eddie Nketiah scored the winner deep in injury time, after Federico Chiesa's 87th minute goal cancelled out Palace's opener.  

Meanwhile, Man United's poor season has continued after they lost 3-1 to Brentford 

Man City hammered Burnley 5-1 

Brighton beat 10-man Chelsea 3-1 

Sunderland beat Nottingham Forest 1-0 

Leeds and Bournemouth drew 2-2 

And Tottenham and Wolves drew 1-1

In La Liga, Atletico Madrid stunned leaders Real Madrid 5-2, to hand them their first defeat of the season.  

It was also the first time that Atletico have scored 5 against Real in 75 years!

Malaysia has clear procedures when it comes to granting citizenship, including for the country's heritage football players.  

The Home Minister says it involves a strict vetting process and the system cannot be easily manipulated. 

He said this, after FIFA imposed harsh sanctions against the Football Association of Malaysia and 7 heritage players, allegedly for using falsified documents for their naturalisation.  

This, as the Asian Football Confederation said it will review the potential implications over FIFA's decision.   

Meanwhile, former Harimau Malaya player Safee Sali has urged Malaysians unite, and not pass judgement until the full details emerge.
