Arsenal boss: Poor refereeing played a large part

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger says poor refereeing played a large part in their 3-1 loss to Man City.
He believes the ref was wrong to award City a penalty for Nacho Monreal's challenge on Raheem Sterling.
Wenger also claimed that City were offside in the build-up to their third goal.
