Man City are back on top of the Premiership standings, with a routine 2-0 win over Fulham. 

The Citizens are now one point ahead of Liverpool, who will play Tottenham later tonight.

Manchester United were made to work hard for a 2-1 win over Watford, in what was Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's first match in charge as United's new permanent boss. 

The victory also moves the Red Devils up to fourth in the table.

While Huddersfield have been relegated from the top flight, after their 2-0 loss to Crystal Palace ensured they will finish the season in the bottom three.

Over In Spain...

Lionel Messi scored twice as Barcelona beat Espanyol 2-0...to maintain their 10 point lead at the top of La Liga. 

Second-placed Atletico kept their slim hopes alive with a 4-0 win over Alaves.

LeClerc Stamps His Mark

Ferrari rookie Charles LeClerc has gone into the Formula One history books, with his pole position for tonight's Bahrain GP.

At 21 years of age, he is the second-youngest pole-sitter of all time behind his teammate Sebastian Vettel, who was three months younger when he took his first pole in 2008. 

Barty Wins In Miami

Ashleigh Barty has moved into the top 10 of the WTA rankings, after pulling off a surprise win over Karolina Pliskova in the final of the Miami tennis Open.

This is the biggest title of the Australian's career so far.
