Conte to leave Stamford Bridge this week

Antonio Conte is expected to step down as Chelsea manager within the next couple of days.
Despite winning the FA Cup, the Blues have had a disappointing season, with the club failing to qualify for the Champions League.
Conte has also clashed the club's board over their transfer policy.
According to UK tabloids, former Barcelona boss Luis Enrique is the favourite to replace Conte, while Monaco's Leonardo Jardim and Napoli's Maurizio Sarri are also on the shortlist.
