ICC: Atletico humiliate Real Madrid

Atletico Madrid have pulled off a stunning 7-3 victory over local rivals Real Madrid at the International Champions Cup.

Diego Costa netted four goals for Atletico, before getting sent off in the second half. 

Real fans were furious with the result, especially since manager Zinedine Zidane fielded a relatively strong side for the encounter. 

Some fans have even started calling for Zidane to be sacked.

Bale closes in on China move

Gareth Bale is on the verge of joining Chinese Super League side Jiangsu Suning. 

The move will reportedly earn the Welsh international a million pounds a week.

Bale is currently surplus to requirements at Real Madrid, where he's fallen out of favour with manager Zinedine Zidane.

Wei Feng hangs up his racquet 

Malaysian shuttler Chong Wei Feng has retired from badminton.

The 32 year old made the decision, having struggled to return to form following a long-term hip injury. 

Wei Feng's best achievement in national colours include winning the gold medal at the 2015 SEA Games, and finishing as runner up with Malaysian team at the 2014 Thomas Cup.
