Liverpool go second

Liverpool have consolidated their place in the Premier League top four, with a comfortable 2-nil win over Newcastle.

Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah got onto the scoresheet for the Reds.

Salah has now scored 32 times in all competitions for the Reds, which is one goal more than the entire Newcastle squad! 

In other Premier League results, 

Tottenham defeated Huddersfield 2-nil 
Burnley beat Everton 2-1
Leicester drew 1-all with Bournemouth
Swansea hammered West Ham 4-1
Watford edged West Brom 1-nil 
And Southampton and Stoke played out a goalless draw.
