Premiership champions one day...banned from Europe the next?
Just a day after retaining their Premier League title, Manchester City are now facing a European ban.

The New York Times reports that European football's financial regulators are recommending that City be barred from competing in the Champions League for breaching financial fair-play regulations.
The body is expected to seek at least a one-season ban, although its not known if the suspension will take effect this coming season or in the 2020 campaign.
City will also have the opportunity to appeal the ban at the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

Real Madrid will reportedly announce the signing of Eden Hazard, the very next day after he plays his last game for Chelsea in the Europa League final.
According to reports, an 86 million pounds deal has already been agreed on, for him to join the La Liga giants.
The Belgian himself has said that he will not be discussing his future until AFTER the final on the 30th, so as not to affect his focus on the big game.
Chelsea, meanwhile, are rumoured to be looking at Barcelona's Philippe Coutinho as Hazard's possible replacement.
Mathijjs keeps options open
Highly-sought-after Ajax captain Mathijjs de Ligt has denied reports that he's already agreed to join Barcelona.
The 19-year-old says talks are underway, but he is still unsure where he'll be heading to next.
